U call me talking about Couples training, don’t know the Location of the gym u go to, not have been to the gym your boyfriend goes to! Your profile says Atlanta, but comes to find out after more questions your actually in UNION CITY, bout an hour away!! Please don’t get on my page & try to discredit me, 20yrs in the game! I Specialize in the End Result! Not to much of a discount for Quality Effort that’s what I Guarantee!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what the Needs are! But please understand I see everything though my 3 eye vision. For training starters Weight & Body measurements, plus Bodyfat test! Must have a Clear view of path to take to reach Goals! Personal Chef, go over any Food Allergies, likes or dislikes to create Menu! Massage identify the pain location & work said muscle & muscles surrounding the pain for full Range of Motion!!
