- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend to start off with a conversation or virtual estimation. Once we establish our company is a good fit for your project we recommend to move forward to a in-home estimate to get exact numbers and discuss in details the project that you are looking to tackle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company and technicians are certified in water mitigation & restoration through IIRCC and have attended a number of NWFA courses as part of their continuing education.
