Carlos is a breath of fresh air! Though the quote was more than fair, he showed me how to save more money by having some rooms that didn’t need to be replaced simply stretched and cleaned. I mean imagine that, HONESTY!! I am absolutely thrilled with the completed job. The rooms I had repaired look like new! The rooms I had new carpet installed look better than I expected. I am calling them back after the holidays to get new carpet installed in the remaining rooms in the house. With this company, I can actually afford to do it!

If I could give Carlos 10 stars I would. He made my carpets look like new. I think he may have even surprised himself by removing some of the stains he told me he thought couldn’t be removed. He’s professional, courteous, prompt and an expert at what he does. I highly recommend him for all of your carpet care/repair needs.

    The longer the stain material remains in the carpet the higher the chance or permanent color change, at time pets urine on the carpet and this results in bad odor especially when it is and humid. Imnediatly treat the stain material as soon as possible will help reduce the chances of permanent color change.
