If I could give Carlos 10 stars I would. He made my carpets look like new. I think he may have even surprised himself by removing some of the stains he told me he thought couldn’t be removed. He’s professional, courteous, prompt and an expert at what he does. I highly recommend him for all of your carpet care/repair needs.

Carlos arrived on time, was communicative before and during the job, and did great work. The carpet in 3 rooms were buckling. Carlos, working solo, was able to stretch out the carpets and reset things to remove the buckling. The carpets look solid. I would recommend Carlos for any carpet job needs, and will be sure to work with Carlos again if needed

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The longer the stain material remains in the carpet the higher the chance or permanent color change, at time pets urine on the carpet and this results in bad odor especially when it is and humid. Imnediatly treat the stain material as soon as possible will help reduce the chances of permanent color change. Aritificial food coloring stains are generally considered permanent stains (kook-Aid, Gatorade, Listerine, soda etc) Don't worry we can remove all kind
