βοΈOur service fee is $65/85 depends on brand & model π It's included : 1. Our coming. 2. Diagnostic. 3. Finding out a reason of the problem. βοΈWe charge NOTHING, if you decide to fix your appliance, in this case, you will pay for parts & labor only, without any service fee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry π The customer reaches out to our company. π They describe the issue (e.g., refrigerator not cooling, washer not draining). π The technician asks clarifying questions to diagnose the potential problem. An appointment is scheduled. 2. Service Call & Diagnosis π The technician arrives at the customer's location within the scheduled window. π They inspect the appliance, run tests, and pinpoint the issue. π The technician provides a diagnosis and an estimate for repair costs, including labor and parts. 3. Repair & Solution π If the customer agrees to the estimate, the technician proceeds with the repair. π If parts need to be ordered, the technician schedules a follow-up visit. π After the repair, they test the appliance to ensure itβs functioning properly. 4. Payment & Warranty π The customer receives an invoice and makes payment (cash, card, or financing options, if available). π The technician explains any warranties on labor or parts. 5. Follow-up & Customer Support π Customers are encouraged to leave a review or provide feedback.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
π In 2005 I started by fixing my own and friends' appliances, developing troubleshooting skills over time. π Later I was assistant with a repair service and gain experience before becoming independent technician. Was working under an experienced technicians and had a great way to learn on the job.
