FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will not be the cheapest out there. I focus on quality work, not the quantity. Good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer has a pre-determined budget in place for the work they want done it is always a smoother process. If they don't and they know what they want done then I give them a quote for the work. If said quote fits then we figure a starting date that best fits when you would like. A materials deposit is required before any work is started and the total balance left will be due once work is completed. Of course there will be obstacles with any job due to anything from getting all the materials to weather depending on what kind of work is being done, but you can be assured that I will always be transparent about any problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6+ years of general contracting experience. Certified to operate machinery EPA license 4+ years
