Cleaned our very dirty white concrete tile roof that was covered with mold and dark stains. Yanis was a little late due to delay from prior job but did call so that was no problem. Once here he worked very hard and communicated with us to make sure we were satisfied.

The job: pressure wash and seal pool deck and level out some loose pavers. Yanis was on time, professional and did a very good job. Pool deck looks brand new, I would recommend him.

Highly recommend. Very prompt and honest and the work came out great. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive and his work product was very good. He cleaned roof and pressure washed entire property including patio, sidewalks, driveway and walkway. Eventually also asked him to seal my pavers and that was done well also.

Yanis was an awesome guy. I provided him my address and he responded with a quote immediately. It is a reasonable price. He came at agreed time and finished the job fast. In addition, he washed a few places of the wall for $50. Overall, i am very happy with his work.
