- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of work being done. I always like to put my eyes on the job first before giving a price, to completely understand the customers needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet the customer and get a feel for which direction to go. Sometime the work is started right away and other time an appointment will need to be set for both parties. It's always nice to talk face to face to learn exactly what type of work is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started just out of high school with the ambition to repair residential dwellings. with my first interest being in electrical and since then have have moved on to many other repairs and training as well as painting, plumbing, drywall, tile, and hvac certified. Here it is over 20 years later, I just cant stop. The best part of what I do is seeing the customer completely satisfied with all repairs.
