- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to ensure that you have the best event possible, and if that requires me to come down on my price I will definitely consider it, and try my best to accommodate you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first have a brief meet and greet, which can be done virtually or in person. We will discuss your needs and desires to have a fabulous event, if I have any suggestions I will run them by you if I believe it will enhance things. Our introductory meeting is designed to learn as much about you as I can, to ensure that I fully understand your needs to ensure that I deliver properly. Afterward, we will remain in contact up to the event, as I will be accessible to you for any questions or advice. We will thoroughly enjoying working with each other, and I am excited to meet you.
