Working with Universe Remodeling has been a dream! The team is friendly, professional, prompt, and CLEAN! They always leave the daily work space tidy and do an excellent job with final clean up. Francisco is a life saver! I had major water damage impacting two whole floors of my house, and needed a number of things done quickly. Very responsive, he and his team finished the demo another company didn't complete, and even hauled off all the junk (nearly two truck loads!). Lamenting that I had to move everything out of my house before repairs could begin, he offered his crew to knock that out too and at a very reasonable price, and had that done only a few days later. Already lined him up for more repair work. Very friendly, transparent on pricing, reasonable, hard-working, communicative. This is my first time using Thumbtack, and Francisco/Universe Remodeling is a winner.

I can’t begin to express how pleased I am with the service I receive from Universe remodeling the patience that they have with me was beyond impressive. I have searched for the past year for a company to work with and remodel of my older home. Frank showed up and I was given a estimate within a short time frame, (They show up when they say they will) less than a week later my bathroom was started. I can be indecisive and Frank guided me with his experience and professionalism. I am beyond grateful with my bathroom, we are now working on the kitchen project. Universe Remodel is a great addition to any home! There is a real value in help that you can trust! This was and is an amazing interaction and couldn’t have found a better match for a company to care for my home

I have been dealing with the same problem for 3 yrs. Every single contractor could not get this done…. they actually made it worse.In comes Morris,with Universe Remodeling. he’s professional, knows how to repair anything in the bathroom.He asks for nothing and gets right to work. He does not try to wander through the house, did not use the bathroom. I said, “you did not take a lunch break”, he said that’s ok. He went Lowes to get the spout and was back in less than 30 mins!!!Wow!!He was totally focused….I mean totally focused. This was not an easy job, replacing all (old, old, shower hardware). The last contractor left the toilet an inch off the floor and wobbly. Morris, with Universe Remodeling made it flush with the floor and put silicone around the base! He also cleaned up the trash from that area after he finished. Stellar job!!!
