Stephen is a very honest guy. He responds and answer all my questions very well. He explained the details of everything he will be doing on my roof and showed me the proof of all the materials he used for my work. His price is very very reasonable compared to others. Joshua repaired a stubborn strip of loose siding, Replace a vent cap and caulked the exterior, upper surface of one of my windows. He did great work with all 3 jobs and made it look like nothing ever happened. He seemed very knowledgeable about everything I asked, even maintenance topics not directly related to what he was hired for. In addition, he was able to take photos of roof damage that I knew existed, but didn't realize how bad it was. I was able to file a claim for roof repairs that should save me some grief in the future.

Stephen has been in the building industry for over 25 years. He holds a G/C license as well as a GA adjuster license. With more than 7000+ claims as catastrophe adjuster he knows the insurance process in and out!
