Was seeking a family trip to Niagra Falls that was part service / mission and part relaxation. Was not able to find what I wanted mostly due to the timing (early August getting close to start of school), but had a great experience at Niagra Falls. Pamela was traveling and attending all day classes during part of my planning time, but she was responsive, let me know when she would get back to me if she wasn't immediately available, researched & sent several quotes, searched for exactly what I was looking for in the accommodations, offered recommendations, and was patient. She's also very personable. Enjoyed my experience with Pamela and my trip.

This is going to be my first time going on a Cruise. Its gonna be cor My Birthdaii with my Close Friends and we plan to have a Great Time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the trip, I usually provide my customers with a complimentary consultation. The basic charge is $25 for a quote and it can sometimes be used towards the first deposit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of having my clients fill out a Travel Request form or a brief phone consultation to capture all of their information about their trip. After I have all the facts, I begin my searches to find the best quotes possible within their budget while working with my wholesale suppliers. Quotes can sometimes take up to 48 hours or longer depending on the request. I just that my patients be patient. If I work with a large group it can sometimes take longer because hotels usually have to get back to me after they check their inventory.
