Tommy came and inquired about what we needed and gave his professional opinion. We asked about additional cameras after the first and he installed that for us as well. He was knowledgeable about the setup process for the cameras and the capabilities of the nest cameras.

I just moved to a rental house and wanted someone that could install a wired Ring Floodlight Plus Cam and two solar powered Ring Spotcams. The day I placed the request on Thumbtack, I was surprised that Mr. Tommy of Global Home Security LLC reached out on the same day for details and I like that he was responsive. He gave me a very reasonable price quote and when I asked of his availability he squeezed me into his schedule on Sunday! He also asked me to charge up my Ring batteries for the spot cameras and I am very glad because it was crucial for him to install and help up my security cameras. Sunday he arrived a little earlier and Tommy explained what he was doing and he really shared his expertise on utilizing the security cameras thru the Ring app and thru my Echo (5th gen). I appreciate that he was very knowledgeable , helpful, efficient and he was a blessing. He also gave me a great suggestion about my garage opener. With this Ring wired floodlight and solar spotcam installations, I am ready for my parents to visit for Christmas and I think they will be as relieved as I am when they see how I now have other watchful 1080 p "eyes" watching myhouse along with my abilityto pull up video footage on my phone! Excellent service. Tommy went above and beyond to explain the process. I had an older security system that I decided to replace. I sent the new and old camera system to a previous tech and he assured me he could do it..day of install, the tech arrived only to tell me the system wouldn’t work and it would be 1100 to replace my system. I reached out to Tommy and he told me exactly the type of cameras to purchase and what to look for, he also quoted me half the price of the first tech. Day of install, Tommy arrived on time, he thoroughly explained the process and help me setup everything. He also ensured everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Thanks so much Tommy- I’ll definitely use your service again
