- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For reaching us through Thumbtack we will extend a $100 credit to you when you sign up as a new client. We offer a 3 tier pricing program that is posted on our website so no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. I answer your questions on the ins and outs of rental property and how I do business. We then plan a meeting or I visit the property to make any suggestions that are needed before we begin. We sign some paperwork and go to work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in real estate since 2003. A broker since 2006. Involved in MILLIONS of dollars of sales, I have experience with all types of issues. I have managed our foreclosure office and a traditional sales office. In addition I believe so much in real estate I have managed my own rental property too.
