- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices reasonable because I want the people who really need help to have access to it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a very simple process. I like to get some very general information in a brief form, and then set up a time to meet for our first session. I prefer to get most of the information about what you are looking for and struggling with in our initial session, so that I can ask questions if necessart.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Counselor, Certified Addiction and Abuse Recovery Coach, and a Certified Trauma Professional.
