I worked with you and repaired your units on more than one occasion...I came out and diagnosed your unit with you standing right next to me, I explained everything I was doing step by step. I repaired the unit, made sure you was fully informed with the repairs I had made. I then tested unit and made sure it was cooling and operating correctly before departure.( I also checked 2 other units you had installed from a different company 2 weeks prior,where 1 of them where low on refrigerant....and inform you to have the previous company come back to adjust refrigerant levels due to unit still under warranty by that company). You text me 2 weeks later and said the unit had arc, and I reached out within a half hour and notified you I be on my way to make the necessary repairs. You text me and told me you had one of your friends which was the ac guy who was there to refill the unit that was low on refrigerant diagnosing the ac. I then inform you the ac is under my company warranty/policy (and all the previous work/parts will be replaced for free once I can come and verify problem and bad part) and if anyone tampered with the ac unit it would void the warranty and previous repairs. And now your trying to cause defamation to me and my business. After you disregarded the warranty policy that was in placed.
