The technician was able to get me squeezed in as my vehicle was trapped in the garage since the spring was broken I could not raise the door. He came out at 11pm and stayed till after 1am to ensure my door was working. He also educated me on routine maintenance to perform which he prolly could have skipped and I would have been none the wiser. He was absolutely proficient and professional. Highly recommended

After a long time of trying to basically give people my money to get my garage springs replaced, Superior Door came to my rescue. The team came late night and replaced my springs in record time. After hurricane Helene and with no power for 9 days, I had to release my garage door and open manually to get my car out. After power restored I could not get my door to reconnect and open with power on. I called Kris Walton with Superior Overhead Garage Door Service and via pictures I too and sent him and via the phone he got my garage door to reconnect so it would open with a push of a button. These guys are fabulous and committed. They perform my annual garage door checkup so I had someone to call at the 'drop of a hat'. Thank you Kris for being there and walking me through what to do. It worked!!!! 5 star rating to this Company!!!!
