FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our professional consultants conduct an expert (truly they know so much) assessment of the window situation, and what the homeowner wants or needs. We Narrow down what the homeowner is looking for and will present the best option to them (we show you the window that is right for you, what is inside of it how it is made and why it is energy efficient). We schedule the installation day on the spot and everything in between. We collect a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due when the customer signs the 100% satisfaction certificate. Our communication conduct and commitment document is signed and dated on every expected communication touchpoint so you know when you will hear from us and what is happening with your order.
