- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a backsplash replacement or just an installation, our price is a flat fee and it includes all the materials, except the tiles. We have all colors of grout available for the customer's choice. We only use our materials to ensure quality as we provide 1 year warranty on all installations. At the end of the day, no surprises or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is really simple, customer sends pictures of their kitchen and the tile they chose to be installed. Once we receive that, we will provide a flat fee quote. No surprises or hidden fees. If customer agrees with the quote, we proceed with the schedule, no deposit required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Realtor®, also graduated in Marketing and Advertising and current an Architecture student at KSU.
