Ashley at Alabaster is amazing to work with! She’s so friendly, knowledgeable, organized and talented! She took extra time with me to make sure my dress was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to anyone who is needing alterations on a wedding/special occasion/prom dress!

She did such a wonderful job on my dress! It came out to be everything I wanted done on it! I appreciate the time and effort she put into making sure that the measurements were correct! I love how the room felt personal, thought it was super cute!

Ashley at Alabaster Bridal is wonderful, what a dream to work with. She was so flexible and understanding while reasonably priced. I felt like I could completely trust her with a pretty stinking expensive piece of tool. During the consult I explained what I wanted and she validated my concerns, she got right to work and made my dream dress fit beautifully. Her pricing and return time is phenomenal. I will most definitely refer her friends and family. It also helps that shes so sweet and has such an inviting space that she has truly made her own. 10/10 recommend for alterations.

Pricing fluctuates depending on services needed and style of dress. Find out exactly how much bridal alterations cost by booking a consultation with me. Consultations are complimentary. Services include: Add straps/sleeves Bra cups Take in/out bust Take in/out waist Take in/out hips Hem Bustle And more!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are usually a set of just two appointments. The first appointment is to be fitted, pinned, and measured. At the second appointment, the dress is tried on to ensure satisfaction and is taken home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BAT Apparel & Textiles ABA Business Administration I’ve been sewing all my life (15+ years) and have 3+ years specialized alteration experience from an established bridal shop.
