- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education is key to working with a new customer. We take great lengths to make sure customers know exactly what they’re getting, how the installation is done, and exactly who will be doing the job. We want to make sure the customer is fully informed and has a thorough understanding of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of a nationwide team of installers. We have been trained thoroughly through our corporate office and have access to technical resources other companies don’t have.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We coated a 30 year old garage floor for first time homeowners. The look on their face after seeing the dramatic transformation from dingy to new was worth every ounce of sweat it took to do the job.
