I am very thankful for Dodson & Son for giving me the advice that I needed to be able to fix the hose in my kitchen faucet myself! I recently moved into a new home and wasn’t familiar with the kitchen sink but the repairman on the phone assured me that it was a quick fix, and I am so happy that it was! I would highly recommend them for their professionalism alone!

Liked that Harold is a licensed plumber. He removed broken garbage disposal and installed new one I had purchased. Also fixed faucet leak on my kitchen sink. Great work and very clean and neat. Job well done !! I now have a professional plumber to call on when needed.

Harold and his team are AMAZING!!! He responded to our inquiry in less than 10-mins w/a text introducing himself and requesting a phone conversation. Within the first few moments of our conversation, I knew he was the right guy for the job. He was extremely pleasant, he was knowledgeable, he answered all my questions without irritation and respectfully educating me in the process. I felt as if I was speaking with my dad, brother, or uncle; somebody who really wanted to help resolve my issue. We scheduled a time for his visit the next day. Upon finishing another job early, I was immediately contacted that he could actually arrive earlier than expected versus waiting around all day for assistance and then being rescheduled 20-mins before scheduled service time (that’s happened to be plenty of times by others). Once he arrived to our home, he got to work diagnosing the issue and presented several options for us to explore. Harold promised to deliver estimates for the options he presented the same day and did so without any additional requests or reminders from us. Harold asked for our business and he asked for a review…Sales 101. I think it’s extremely important to ask for what you want but also deliver on your word. Dodson & Son Plumbing will be my go-to plumbing services from here on and will definitely be recommended to all my friends when they need a plumber. Just an all around great guy.
