I don't have a big 40 channel multimillion dollar studio. Nonetheless, my work has generated multimillions of sales for record companies. A lot of my clients have commented on the fact that I'm meticulous, yet work very quickly. I love puzzles. Sometimes the crafting of a song or piece of music is exactly that. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, in the first contact I discuss my potential clients needs and expectations. In some cases, I may not be able to provide what the client is looking for, for example, I'm new to Marietta and I'm not currently set up to record a live band. In other cases, I may be actually more than what the client needs. In those cases I will gladly refer them to someone else
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by the engineers that recorded my 10 albums back in the 70s and 80s. I have owned and operated my own recording equipment since the late 70s.
What types of customers have you worked with?
R&B, Hip Hop, Gospel, Country, Pop, Comedy, Jazz (my last Grammy was with Stanley Clarke)
