- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square foot and value range of the subject property
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we determine what type of appraisal and report is needed for their intended us. Then we agree to a date and time. We contact customer via Thumbtack, text, call, or email day or two before the date of observation, to confirm scheduled appointment. After completion of inspection (observation), the report is emailed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joseph Terrell has a masters in real estate. I also build investment properties. We, I have 20 years experience in real estate appraising. We, The Terrell Group have had several contracts in most countries close to metro city Atlanta. In addition, I am part owner of a real estate firm.
