Flat fee rate of $125 . But if you book more than 2 hours you get a discounted rate .

Ensure that the client is well-informed about what each package includes to help them make an informed decision. 4. Customization Options: Discuss any customization options available, such as branded overlays, themed backgrounds, or specific features tailored to their event theme. 5. Contract and Deposit: Provide a clear contract outlining the terms and conditions of your services. Upon agreement, request a deposit to secure the booking and lock in the specified date for the client. 6. Event Details Confirmation: Closer to the event date, reconfirm all details with the client. Ensure you have the correct venue address, timing, and any specific requirements for the day. 7. Setup and Testing: Arrive at the venue well in advance on the event day to set up the 360 PhotoBooth. Perform thorough testing to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly. 8.
