Only giving five stars because of the actual mover Michael he was very helpful & quickly loaded & unloaded my items. Chris was initially friendly with the booking process the week prior however the day of my move called to say they needed to push back my reserved time an hour due to some delay. I was very understanding & said I would check with my building if they could move my time reserved for the service elevator from 2-3pm I texted Chris once I got confirmation to say my building was ok with 3pm. Never got a response back so I called to inquire on The movers ETA he was extremely rude & unprofessional & wanted engage in a back & forth with no resolve. There was no apology for The delay and he could not give me a reasonable eta just kept saying their in route & just became increasingly became combative. After that revolting phone conversation, He then texted me telling me the movers were 12 minutes away at nearly 4pm & gave the most lacklustre TEXT apology ever. When he should have initially led with that at the beginning of the call. After my move I was overcharged which he did end up refunding once I brought attention to the charge. The service itself is great but the customer service from what I assume is management has room for improvement.

If you’re looking for quality movers to get the job done fast, and efficiently, Knight Movers is the way to go! They were on time, and communicating with them was very easy. Although we didn’t have many items to move, the items that’s we did have were pretty heavy, and they still got done in a timely fashion. I’ll definitely be utilizing them again!

This company was very responsive. Chris Knight offered to do my move immediately. I was not ready yet, so I asked to do it in a couple of days, which was a Sunday. It was a slightly higher rate, which makes sense, and I was glad they could work on Sunday. It turned out to be a very rainy, stormy day, but they came and worked right through it. Michael and Tey were easy to work with and courteous. They noticed and were very aware of my fresh painted walls and clean floors and took care. They were prompt, polite, worked fast, worked well together, and everything arrived successfully.

I needed movers at the last minute. Knight movers were available, punctual, and placed my belongings in the proper areas at the new place. They worked hard to get the move over and done. I appreciate their availability and professionalism in such a short time.
