Alex provided great service and I would use him again. He is direct and straightforward, and he also has a good attention to detail. He contacted me promptly after I reached out and he gave me a quote and an appointment time. He came out the same day I submitted my request on Thumbtack. He needed to purchase new locks for my place and he took care to confirm all of the details with me to ensure I got what I wanted. Do I trust him? Yes. Would I use him again? Yes.
