I submitted a request Wednesday, he responded immediately after and asked if it was an emergency. I informed him it wasn’t. We talked about the job that I needed done and his rates. He sent over an invoice, we scheduled a date to have the locks replaced. He called the morning of my appointment I informed him my locks didn’t arrive but I was going to go to Home Depot to get locks to replace those locks. He arrived an hour later and completed the job.
