FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer veteran and service member discounts as well as discounts for neighbors scheduling similar work on the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we prefer to visit the property in person when providing an estimate. This is not always necessary, but everyone’s property is unique and we believe walking the project site allows for the best possible assessment and eventually, the highest quality of service. Depending on the scope of work, home owners do not always need to be onsite. Once a quote is accepted, our office will proactively take care of the rest. We will coordinate a week of service with you and then work with you to specify specific day(s) closer to the date. On day of service, crews always communicate ETAs and our office is always available to assist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our average crew lead has over 10 years experience in our field. Our most senior supervisor has been with us for over 17 years. We only bring in new employees with direct experience in doing what we do.
