- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we can provide estimates free of charge, but restoration work can sometimes cause the scope to change. We're a small local company committed to providing the most value to our customers without all the overhead of larger restoration companies
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll assess the property using state-of-the-art infrared technology to identify water damage. Our documentation helps our customers understand the extent of water damage and can also help them secure support from their insurance provider if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold IICRC training and certifications for water and trauma restoration work.
