- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After sending the estimate, we schedule the first cleaning for a day that works for both our schedule and the customer’s. Once that’s set, we ask the client to fill out a form with important information about their expectations and how we should proceed on the cleaning day. We strive to respond promptly to any questions they may have, as our goal is to ensure they feel welcomed and well-informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have six years of experience in both residential and commercial cleaning, supported by numerous workshops and training sessions in the cleaning industry to enhance our management and team skills. As a fully standardized company, we prioritize regular training and refresher training to ensure that all our teams consistently provide the same high level of service.
