- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible with prices, I try to be fair. The house apparently has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it has a small square ft, so it is worth negotiating the initial value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer's need must be respected. The first contact I try to understand this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal organize course and this helps me a lot in organizing the house (when I am allowed and I have the possibility). It's not my demand mainly but I believe it gives a special touch to the work.
