The services provided were excellent. Everything was clean and almost brand new looking. With no carpet in our apartment, all of the floors were mopped to perfection. They organized all of the junk we had laying around very neatly. I would definitely recommend their services!

Being a business owner myself, I have to be completely honest. The response time was quick. Punctuality was not so great. The arrival time was 1:30 pm she got here at 2:33 pm. I was very specific in my request. I asked for a Move Out cleaning for a 3br 2 ba, with a loft. Kitchen, Oven, Bathroom, Baseboards, Windows, Refrigerator & Garage. I came back to the property after service was to be complete, and the baseboards were not touched throughout the property, I had to go purchase cleaning tools and I am here cleaning them now because I am trying to get my security deposit back and the property manager requires for these things to be done along with a invoice receipt. I thought going through thumbtack would be greater but I was wrong and still end up having to clean and hope for the best. I still paid $350.00 and didn't have the money to pay another cleaner to come and do the house over again. 😩😢

Schneka these photos you put here are photos of when you asked for the service and I’m sure you’re acting in bad faith with your comment because the footers were cleaned and what’s there didn’t come out because it doesn’t come out I hope you rethink what you wrote here and that you are more sincere with your comments. Ellen provided reasonable pricing and was able to schedule my appointment within days, as requested. She showed up a few minutes early for the job, which was great. She did good work. There were a couple of things she missed, but when I pointed them out to her, she addressed them right away to my satisfaction. Overall, I was pleased.
