I wish I could give more than 5 stars. SteadFast came out to fix a significant hole cut into my new hardwood floors during the course of a plumbing redo. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to fix the damage but Flavio’s work was spot on and no traces of damage or cuts remain. The work is simply amazing and I’m so glad I chose SteadFast for this task. I absolutely recommend them!

Flavio and his team are amazing! So responsive, professional, and really care about the work that they are doing. They explained everything in detail and Flavio even made a trip out to show flooring samples to help assist us in deciding the best color and style. Flavio was amazing in helping to replace and fix my floors that were damaged by a leaking dishwasher. He took time and care to help resolve any new issues that arose and offered his honest advice. His wife was super helpful in answering any questions that I might have had during the whole process. I would highly recommend their company!!

I hired SteadFast services through Thumbtack to refinish the stairs in our house. They showed up on time, looked at the stairs and what the new flooring would look like, and then got right to work. They had the correct tools, took extreme care not to make a huge mess, and did a great job. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Fabio's work on our stairs. There were years worth of dog claw marks and wear showing. He sanded everything down and showed us three different options for the stain colors. He did an excellent color match and finished the stairs better than they were originally. I highly recommend SteadFast Services. Fabio did great and if I ever need to have floor refinishing done I will certainly use them again. I could only select three of the five reasons Thumbtack listed as with what I liked about working with them. I would have picked all five if they would let me. In addition to Punctuality, Professionalism and Work quality, I would add it was a great value. I had much higher quotes but there is no way another company could have done any better. I would also add responsiveness. Very quick to get back to me and kept me up-to-date regarding arrival time and how long it would take to do the job. If you need to have your stairs refinished use SteadFast Services. You won't be disappointed!
