I can’t say enough kind words for JQ and Smart Interior Floors (SIF). I sent my project out to quote to 3 companies. The others wanted to put a laminate over the titles while SIF refused to do so stating, it wouldn’t last long and because my floors were not level it wouldn’t take long to ruin. I took that feedback back to the others and they reluctantly agreed. SIF gave me the right way to do it, instead of the cheap way for our basement apartment rental. SIF came as the best quote, was the most honest about how to do the project, and could start the project sooner. It was a no brainer to hire SIF. SIF removed the tiles, leveled the floors with concrete and laid down vinyl tile. During the whole process communication was incredibly prompt. I would get an update every day they
