Victor did the best he could. I had a complex job for my Mirror Air photo booth and he tried to tighten the leg as best he could. The machine does require someone to really understand it. Unfortunately, he couldn't fully complete the job. There's a part of my screen that doesn't read the touch anymore. I'm not sure how to fix that but it happened when Victor tried to separate the touchscreen from the monitor on the photo booth. I will send the issue to the company to see if they have any suggestions. I really wish the company I purchased the machine from had handymen who were trained with their machines instead of suggesting that I find a handyman!
