Roy did a great job repairing some exterior 3rd floor lights on short notice. He noticed some back lights were also out and arranged to come back the next day and repair them as well.

Occupied Handyman did a great job on my kitchen. Roy showed up on time and painted my kitchen with precision. He also fabricated a custom wood table cover for my dining table, which had seen better days. Now it looks like new. I've gotten so many compliments and couldn't be happier!

Did a Fantastic job! The lights were over 30 years old and he made them look new again. He painted our rails and front archway around door.
He put in a new walkway and it looks so fresh and beautiful. We will definitely use him for other projects.

Extremely satisfied with the work that was done. While completing my job, other issues were uncovered; Roy made certain that the additional issues were taken care of even though they were outside of the original request. I will definitely hire him again!
