My history in the business has shown many poor standards within the industry for service quality. Most companies just assume that this can't be changed, and for many of them they might be true. However, if we build quality service into the DNA of the business from the beginning then our model will continue to offer a pleasant customer experience. We can do more and we're willing to prove it.
After 20 years of working on windows and loving being outside, working with my hands and running my own business I can honestly say that my favorite part is working with great people whether customers, employees, subcontractors and so on. Great relationships are the greatest value.
