Very professional. I highly recommend! They did an exceptional job bathing, grooming, and trimming the nails of our two large dogs. One of our dogs is quite skittish, but the groomer handled both pets with great care and professionalism. We were impressed by their skill and patience. I am very particular about who grooms my dog and he did great. Very friendly and gentle towards her, he also thoroughly explained the process before he began to me. Being able to have it done outside my home was a huge convenience as well. I would definitely recommend them and will be booking with them again in the future.
