- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my pricing will include travel, setup and breakdown. Our team approaches each project with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective. We understand that every client is unique, and so is every event. That’s why we tailor our services and pricing to suit your individual needs, ensuring a personalized and stress-free planning experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of what my clients require; their needs, their budget and most importantly, their vision for the event. To start off, I’d schedule a quick 30 minute consultation call, after the details are discussed, I prepare an invoice with the estimated cost for the event. Once we’ve aligned on the cost, a contract is shared and we move into the planning process to execute the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing personal projects until it turned into my passion. I was planning birthday parties, office/work events, weddings etc until I realized this is something I enjoy doing, so I decided to pursue my own business.
