Pro they came the same night. It was late. And the price for the labor was just $150 Con: I should’ve been alerted when I initially inquired about replacing the fan motor and he gave me a ridiculous range for it and then I explained I already had purchased the motor. Then he gave me a great price for labor. 1) replaced the fan incorrectly causing it to rattle. I heard him adjust it 3 different times ( had to get it redone next day and learned that it would’ve damaged the motor the way the owner installed) 2) cracked the unit where he replaced the fan 3) tied an loose white wire to the top of the unit. I asked about what it was bc it was late and I couldn’t see. He said he was securing the wires in the inside so the blade wouldn’t cut them. I told him that was unprofessional. Should’ve used a zip tie at least. 4) Took my old motor without asking. Then he offered to bring it back the next night and never did 5) after replacing the compressor fan motor told me my compressor wasn’t working. And quoted me $7500 to replace the unit. Then offered to finance 0% for 18months after I told him I couldn’t do that, then said just replace the evaporator coil and the hvac unit not the furnace for $4500. I found out from the tech that diagnosed the motor originally, that the compressor was working when he was there. Then he backtracked and said he (G&H) never touched it. Which was true. So if you never touched it why are you telling me it’s not working and I need to spend $7500. Then he said you may need Freon. I told him those are two completely different things. He’s predatory and looking to get you to replace your unit so that he can make money off of you when it’s not needed. The OWNER did the work although he had another guy with him that guy just helped to lift stuff. The OWNER did the false statement of the compressor not working. The OWNER (Louis) did the ridiculous unnecessary predatory quote of replacing the entire system including the furnace for $7500 and offering to finance it when all I needed was refrigerant. And the OWNER failed to return my old motor. Which he can now keep bc I don’t want him anywhere near my property. I knew it was going to be an issue when before even reaching the Unit and touching anything in the dark, he blurted out, “oh yeah this unit is done!” How do you know and you haven’t touched anything? SMH predatory! I had his work redone the next day (tech was nice enough to not even charge me for that) and had refrigerant added and slept great in the cool air. Beware! Especially ladies and he kept trying to get me to text him directly (I didn’t) There’s no need for me to text anyone directly when everything can be done through the app.

That’s a lied young lady, I never pressure you to do anything. I recommended to upgrade the system you have the right to say no or get a second opinion. You hired me to replace fan motor for you in old unit. When I finished installing the fan motor system vibrates a lot I gave you my recommendation. I went to the attic to access the furnace the secondary pan very rusted out because of the system leaking water. You have to tell the truth when leaving reviews. If left the old motor there you will say unprofessional. Any technician when we replace a part we remove it in Trow it away unless the home owner may ask to leave the old part behind.also when you send your request you did not mention you already purchased the motor. You were asking how much I charge to install a condenser fan motor if you recall I ask you for the model number of the unit to find out the size of the motor. If I know you already purchased the motor I will not ask for model number of the unit. Once you contact a pro thumbtacks charge us. If you reach out I have the right to text on my phone. I can choose wish one is the faster for.
