I get great deals on new HVAC equipment from the manufacturer that Im able to forward to my clients. No repair or install is too much for myself or my team. One thing that I do ask is to not request of my service if your unsure if you need a service or are shopping around. Thumbtack charge fees toward us just for you (customer) to say hello. So please make it fair for us as we are trying to feed our families as well and not request a service from me to get charged and your not serious. Mike did an awesome job repairing our AC issue. He did a thorough diagnosis and was quickly able to determine the cause of us not receiving cold air. He was prepared with the new part and had it installed and working properly in no time. He was very professional and detail oriented and explained the entire process to me, along with recommendations on how to run our unit more efficiently and more cost effective in the future. I highly recommend his services and will be happy to utilize him again in the future.

I worked with Mike for my A/C repair today and the process was very smooth. He coordinated with my tenant and worked around her schedule. He was able to get the A/C running the day. He cleaned the condenser coil, replaced the capacitor, add refrigerant and replaced the filter. Didn’t have time to price shop but the tenant confirmed that the A/C is working better than ever. Very impressive, I would definitely work with him again. I highly recommend

Charlemagne royal heating and air is by far one of the best hvac companies I have worked with in a long time. The technician responded to the request in a timely fashion and was quick to stop by and address everything wrong with the unit. He was very detailed in his discovery and advised exactly what needed to be done and was upfront about the cost of repairs. The technician completed all repairs, and the tenants were excited and satisfied. I highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs.

For the first 2 weeks of May, I couldn’t figure out why my unit wasn’t working properly and blowing not so cold air. It was grueling. It took so long because I couldn’t find a reputable business. After searching on the Neighborhood App for days, reading comments, I finally found Charlemagne’s RH. After speaking to Mike and explaining my issue, he reassured me that he could find and fix the issue. In less than 24 hours, my Unit was back up and running and I was able to fit the extra cost in my budget. Plus, everything he fixed was explained in a way to which I could properly understand.
