Mr. Lima did a complete tear down of my old deck and rebuilt a new deck. Tom was so pleasant to work with and extremely professional. I was also amazed at the quality of work. I had standard decking put down but then I wanted composite rails and steel cable wires vs. spindles. The cables wires look so good and the composite rails are fabulous. The color on the composite rails is only on the top and sides so there are many mitered cuts at are the various corners and transitions. It is hard to see or tell where the miter cuts are as they are so tight they are invisible. Additionally, everyday the area was cleaned up and ready for the next day. I never had to deal with a mess while under construction. I would highly recommend Mr. Lima (Tom) and will seek to retain him for any upcoming job I might have.
