Introduction

My focus is on creating and delivering a professional and friendly cocktail, beer and/or wine pouring experience for my clients and their guests. I enjoy working with my clients to develop custom cocktails suited to the theme or occasion being celebrated. I charge a flat rate of $50.00 per hour. So, estimating the cost to hire me is simple - I do request a three hour minimum booking, however. I prefer to not use a tip jar, my position being that I am hired by the host(s) to work alongside them in creating a memorable time for their guests. To ask invited guests in your home to tip me is simply something I am not comfortable doing. I am always willing to assist the host(s) in back kitchen work, ensuring a smooth flow to the party/event. Tasks such as refreshing appetizer trays, pouring wine at dinner, clearing plates, monitoring and removing trash, etc. are all fine. I am happy to work with my client to serve their needs in the most productive manner to ensure a successful occasion.

Craig bartended the annual Christmas party we did at our home and was fantastic from start to finish. He was quick to reach out and talk through options and planning and gave us a great list of everything we needed in terms of supplies. The night of, he showed up right on time and had everything prepped and ready for when our guests started arriving. He made some great cocktails, helped keep things clean and was great with our guests, many of whom shared great feedback. We would highly recommend him and also plan to use him again in the future!

Wow. I can’t say enough kind words about Craig- not just as a bartender and provider but as a person. I joined this app to understand what was available in the area for events. Craig has a very professional but casual look about him as well as a smooth way with other professional customers. He is extremely kind and inventive. We not only collaborated on specialty cocktails but Craig created unique garnishes, recipes, and drink design/ aesthetics. Craig was able to socialize and entertain other professionals in our showroom along with maintaining his trendy and fun aura. He took the time to understand us as a company and include some decorative elements within style and cocktail choices to contribute to our “vibe”. As a new company, Craig established an extremely professional and inclusive environment for others to spend time in. He also went above and beyond for our ingredients, took the time to do extra tasks such as restocking, taking out the trash, keeping a clean workspace, etc. Craig is not only an exceptional person with great style, but he contributes to the scenes being set in your experiences. We will absolutely never use anyone else for our events- he is top of the line- we love him! So grateful to know him and establish the working relationship we have today- thank you Craig!

We can’t say enough great things about Craig and are so happy to have found him for our small (30 people) Halloween pub party - he’s the perfect blend of professionalism and fun! Craig was very communicative beforehand, asking all the right questions to ensure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that he arrived a little early to set up and make sure everything was ready to go. His preparedness was impressive—he even brought some of his own bar items in case we were missing anything. Thanks to Craig, we were able to relax and truly enjoy the party, and our guests loved him! We can’t wait to have him back at Finnegan’s Pub!

Craig is incredible!! Look no further and I sincerely mean that! Criag crafted the most perfect drink menu for my friend's 40th birthday. He brought everything (except for the liquor) and mixed up the best cocktails for us. Not only were his drinks delicious but he is very interesting, personable, and super fun to be around too! He made the night so special! 11 out of 10 stars all around. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate of $50.00 per hour and request a three hour minimum. For occasions celebrated in private residences, I choose not to put out a tip jar for invited guests to compensate me further. I'm simply not comfortable asking yours guests to tip me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing to hire me, I like to discuss the objectives of the occasion with my client to determine what they envision and then offer suggestions that I think will enhance the experience. I find developing custom cocktails with my clients rewarding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of basic bartending school here in Atlanta. I also have TIPs On-Premise Alcohol Server Training Certification valid through July, 2027 for corporate events.
