I would like to update my review of Mike's CAD & Modeling Services LLC. Mike's work quality is excellent, his behavior & demeanor is very professional and he brings great value to projects. I would readily give Mike a 5-star rating however we did have a minor glitch that was apparently unavoidable due to a delay because of death in the family that required travel abroad. This caused an unintended delay thereby affecting punctuality. For this reason alone I am giving Mike 4-stars. However, I must say that I highly recommend him. You will be getting an excellent service at a very competitive price therefore adding significant value to your project.

Good experience working with Mike on a deck roof extension design project. He was very professional as we talked through the nuances of the design, and went through multiple rework and redesign sessions to satisfy the association. Drawings are good quality, would hire Mike again for next project.
