Now, for a change of pace, I work independently as an architectural designer on residential projects. I enjoy solving problems. I will produce a full architectural set for the permit and for the contractor which includes floor plans, furniture layout plans, electrical layouts, roof plans, elevations, sections, and typical stair, and wall sections. My design fee schedule: Initial site visit/consultation - $150/trip New construction, remodel or addition - $1/sqft, $950 min.

1) Job site visit, collect information. 2) Draft one or more solutions for client's feedback. 3) Update with feedback. May iterate a few times. 4) Finalize design.
