Although new to Thumbtack, we are not new to residential real estate appraisals. Henderson Evaluations Appraisal Office is a family-owned company that has been in business since 2005.
Jonathan Henderson (Scott), Chief Appraiser, is licensed by the state of Georgia and serves all of Metro-Atlanta. He is a proud University of Georgia graduate located in Cobb County.

Henderson Evaluation Services Appraisal is knowledge, professional, and prompt. Tiffany informed me of the ETA and walked me through the process. It was a seamless and informative transaction. The resulting report was well defined, professionally outlined, and delivered within a very reasonable period. I highly recommend this provider. Scott and Tiffany were great to work with. I was called by Tiffany to get my information and schedule my appraisal within an hour of placing the request on Thumbtack. They were able to schedule me within a couple of days. They were prompt, professional and so pleasant to work with. We received a fair value for our home within a few days, the exact timeframe they said to expect their assessment. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to get their home appraised!
