Introduction
Although new to Thumbtack, we are not new to residential real estate appraisals. Henderson Evaluations Appraisal Office is a family-owned company that has been in business since 2005.
Jonathan Henderson (Scott), Chief Appraiser, is licensed by the state of Georgia and serves all of Metro-Atlanta. He is a proud University of Georgia graduate located in Cobb County.

Scott and Tiffany were great to work with. I was called by Tiffany to get my information and schedule my appraisal within an hour of placing the request on Thumbtack. They were able to schedule me within a couple of days. They were prompt, professional and so pleasant to work with. We received a fair value for our home within a few days, the exact timeframe they said to expect their assessment. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to get their home appraised!
