Ty from Wyre Electric was very quick to response and have a technician reach out to me. Johnny, the technician, reached out to me and was available the very same day to look at and fix the issues I was having with my kitchen outlets. He was very punctual, respected my wishes to remove his shoes in the house, and was very thorough by spending time to diagnose & fix the electrical issue. Furthermore, he was very professional and explained exactly what what he was doing and what the issue was. I will definitely be calling Wyre Electric if I have any other electrical issues in the future and will be requesting Johnny.

I give them the breakdown of how I’ll complete the project. I let them know of potential obstacles that I see. I inform client on how much work will be involved.
