Marley is a true professional. He responds quickly with inquiries and always providies helpful and useful information. He gives me guidance in making healthy food choices, alternative workouts for someone like me that doesn't want the gym experience but still wants to work out. He provides me with his training videos so I can work out for example with ankle weights and resistance bands. He's an inspiration and known for his ability to use just about anything to workout outdoors especially the city public parks. Choose Shape By Marley, he's a certified trainer and he's affordable. You will not be disappointed.
