First Mr Aty was early so he sat in his vehicle until the exact time, he was very professional and soft spoken, got right to work accessing the situation, He told me what was wrong and my options, this man will do what you want not tell you what he wants to do. He did not tell me that I have to get my septic ejector pump replaced in order to have my tanks pumped, or get filters I didn't need, he cleaned the old filter and kept it going. The kicker was the rain did not stop him and everything he did he called it to my attention and showed me the old and new parts, and when the tank was empty he did the same. All this did take a little longer than the previous service, but for the price and lessons learned about how the system works well worth it, If you want a good price, honesty, and great workmanship this is your Man!

What an amazing guy! I contacted Frany about septic back up. He was willing to come out same day. After getting one opinion from another company.. I asked Frany for his opinion and he actually showed us what was going on and the cost. He pumped our septic tank so that our toilet/tub can stop back flowing. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. We are very pleased with his services and look forward to working with him again.
