Mr Aty responded quickly to my request for service after we noticed some septic backup in the basement. He got the job done fast and was excellent at explaining how the system works and how to care for it. Very professional and kind. First Mr Aty was early so he sat in his vehicle until the exact time, he was very professional and soft spoken, got right to work accessing the situation, He told me what was wrong and my options, this man will do what you want not tell you what he wants to do. He did not tell me that I have to get my septic ejector pump replaced in order to have my tanks pumped, or get filters I didn't need, he cleaned the old filter and kept it going. The kicker was the rain did not stop him and everything he did he called it to my attention and showed me the old and new parts, and when the tank was empty he did the same. All this did take a little longer than the previous service, but for the price and lessons learned about how the system works well worth it, If you want a good price, honesty, and great workmanship this is your Man!
