Overall, the cleaning was decent, but they didn’t quite meet the standard you expected for a deep clean. They missed some spots that they should have been addressed for a deep cleaning. Only regret, I should have addressed it with the owner before paying.

We spoke with customer on this matter for over 20 minutes on a call. We had two employees work on their home for 6 hours. That equals 12 hours of work between the two. We charged $300. We were then sent a picture of dust inside of a bathroom light fixture and told " the dust should of been removed from everywhere!" But also told us on call the team never stopped working. The job was bigger than was expected by our team and our company took a loss on it. We strive for customer satisfaction and hate this customer was not fully satisfied with their service.

I live with toddlers, that will explain the amount of mess I deal with on a daily basis. And while I straighten up (what feels like) 100 times per day, I just never can find the energy to deep clean. That's when I reached out to J&T Supreme Clean. They were so friendly and helpful with all of my needs. But most importantly the cleaning job they provided was superior to anything I have experienced in the past.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, now this momma can kick my feet up and sip my cup of coffee with a little stress taken off of my plate.

I recently hired J & T Supreme Clean to deep clean my three-bedroom apartment, and all I can say is they did a phenomenal job. As a person who is usually hesitant about hiring outside people, I was thoroughly impressed! The team was punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail, leaving every room spotless.
