Turns out my issues was ME not knowing how to use the hot tub. However, Bulldawg took the time to explain all that I needed to know about my tub. Taught me how to maintain it.. and what all it could do. They even took the time to do a full "once over" to make sure everything else was in good working order. While I hope to never have to call them again - if I do have issues - they will be my first call! Thanks
